A resident of Abbot Road submitted a complaint and a petition to the Bradford City Council Tuesday against a fellow resident on the street with a vulgar sign on their property and its possible effect on passing children.
The sign, one of many on the yard, consisted of a single four-letter epithet in large letters.
While City Administrator Chris Lucco and City Solicitor Casey Graffius both showed concern for the citizen’s plight, they also mentioned that they couldn’t legally act due to the sign owner’s first amendment rights.

You go property owner! Please, continue to show the area residents just how weird you are while you express your First Amendment Rights. As for those concerned about young children passing by, current stats show that the average American kid sees about 800 murders, and nearly as many sexual assaults depicted either on t.v. or online by the time they are 10 years old, not to mention the plethora of vulgarities they hear. While I don’t agree with the idea of putting up such signage myself, I highly doubt that the “sign” owner’s displays are going to ruin anyone’s life or steer them down a bad moral pathway.
Love that they have their priorities straight you go Bradford .. can’t get rid of the junkies /drugs/dealers but holy shit if there’s signs in a yard y’all will be sure to take care of that .. fucking idiots .. this towns a joke saving junkies instead of letting them die .. enabling them .. enabling mental illness instead of getting them help .. the fucking head of drug task force sleeps with his informants but let’s not worry bout that just worry bout signs in a yard you fucking morons
