After a wild week with the Bills game being moved to Detroit, Matt Milano had another great game and was named AFC Defensive Player of the Week after their win over the Cleveland Browns.
Milano had 12 total tackles (eight solo) and three TFL, and a fumble recovery in the second quarter while the Bills were down 10-3. Milano also had a big sack on third down in the fourth quarter, with the Bills up 25-10.
Milano’s presence helped the Bills hold Nick Chubb to only 1.4 yards per carry which was his career low.
This is the second time Milano has been named Defensive Player of the Week. The last time was in Week 3 of the 2018 season against the Minnesota Vikings. Milano had eight total tackles, a sack and an interception.
You can hear the Bills face the Detroit Lions tomorrow with pregame coverage starting at 11 a.m. on 100.1 The HERO.
