There was no ruling on the admissibility of evidence in the Congress Street Shooting case.
President Judge John Pavlock was expected to hold a hearing on motions by attorneys for Frederick Camejo to suppress Camejo’s cellphone and other pieces of evidence, claiming there was not sufficient probable cause at the time of the seizure.
However, due to witnesses being ill, a continuance was granted, and the hearing rescheduled for March 29th.
Camejo is charged with homicide and other charges in the shooting death of Edward Fomby of Buffalo on May 29th.
