A Bradford man is facing charges after an incident at the Smethport Country Club last month.
On Saturday, February 25th, Pennsylvania State Troopers responded to a report of a fight at the Country Club, and after an investigation arrested 22-year-old David Ortiz.
Ortiz has been charged with two counts of harassment, one count of disorderly conduct with obscene language or gestures, public drunkenness, and resisting arrest.
Ortiz is scheduled to be arraigned on the 21st.
