Two Cattaraugus County residents are facing charges for allegedly violating New York’s Sex Offender Registry Law.
According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, 43-year-old Scott Brooks of Olean maintained multiple internet accounts that were not reported with the State Sex Offender Registry.
In an unrelated case, 40-year-old Brandon Bush of Randolph was arrested after allegedly failing to make an appointment with the Sheriff’s office to update his photograph for the Registry.
Both men were released with appearance tickets.
