A fugitive arrested in Bradford is back in Cattaraugus County.
38-year-old Michael Nesbit of Farmersville Station was arrested by Bradford City Police officers performing a wellness check last month, and found to have warrants for Burglary, Grand Larceny, Criminal Possession of a Firearm and other related offenses in New York.
According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s office, Nesbit waived extradition and was transported to Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Jail where he is being held pending proceedings.
