Western New York’s first legal cannabis dispensary is set to open next week.
Owner Bradley Kyler announced that “Herbal IQ” will open its doors next Friday, July 21st. The dispensary will be located on Transit Road in Depew.
“Herbal IQ” will be the first dispensary in the region licensed by the State of New York, although gray-market dispensaries have been operating on Seneca Nation grounds and illegal dispensaries have been operating out of Olean and Allegany since the State first legalized recreational cannabis.
