Monday is Labor Day.
City, County, State, and Federal Government offices will be closed.
Post offices are closed. There will be no mail delivery, and no pickup or delivery from FedEx or UPS.
Banks are closed, as are the stock markets.
There will be no school in the Bradford Area School District and all surrounding districts.
There will be no classes at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, the University’s offices and the Hanley Library are also closed. The Marilyn Horne Museum and café are open regular hours.
Trash & Recycling normally picked up on Monday in the City of Bradford will be picked up on Tuesday. The remainder of the week will be on the regular schedule. Refuse & Recycling pick up will begin early so please place your refuse and recycling to the curb the night before. There will also be NO LARGE item pick up at all this week.
PennDOT driver license and photo centers will be closed. Customers can still obtain most services on-line.
Most retail outlets will be open, although some will close and others using shortened hours. Call individual stores to check before you go.
