An Allegany man was arrested on a felony warrant Saturday for a past arson case.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Department arrested 36-year-old Sean A. Tucker on a felony warrant issued out of Olean Court for arson and criminal mischief.
The arrest stems from the alleged arson of a structure on Happy Hollow Road on Thursday.
Tucker was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail to await further proceedings.
