An Olean woman was charged with a felony as she was being arrested on a warrant Tuesday.
Olean Police arrested 27-year-old Tiffany L. Tarr on a warrant issued out of Pennsylvania.
Tarr was additionally charged with felony possession of a weapon and resisting arrest during the execution of the warrant.
Tarr was held pending arraignment.
