Three Salamanca residents are facing charges after a drug bust in Salamanca.
After an investigation by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, a search warrant was executed at a residence on Front Street in Salamanca on Tuesday afternoon.
65-year-old Debra Davis, 39-year-old Jared Hubbard, and 22-year-old Emily Wilder were arrested during the search, which reportedly uncovered narcotics, packaging, scales, and other paraphernalia.
The three were released with appearance tickets.

sheila.baxter65@gmail.com I really hate that they get arrested and then they are given a release and a day to show up in court, I personally believe they should just be sent to jail, instead they are back out and will be doing the same thing till they have to go to Court, makes no sense to me at all ! There is a huge drug problem in this small city, catch and release crap needs to stop,I personally will not walk around Salamanca anymore because of the people you know are all messed up on drugs ,dancing in circles and having tripping or twerking out however you say it in broad daylight,my Grandkids aren’t safe to go play outside, like I was when I grew up in Salamanca, heck the worst thing back when I was a kid was seeing a intoxicated person stumbling down Main Street, and heck if they were arrested for that they got hauled of to jail ,heck they even arrested people for Jaywalking when I was a kid, this catch and release is all wrong, the laws need changed fast,to many people have died any many life’s have been ruined because of all these horrible drugs that are floating around Salamanca and surrounding areas I guess I could go on and on but it’s going to take a lot to change how things are now but like I said the laws need changed this catching release needs to stop they need to go to jail and stay there!!!!
