Attorneys for a Potter County man accused of murder is moving to suppress evidence in the case.
Attorney Edward Rymsza (RIM-za) of Williamsport, representing 31-year-old Kyle Moore of Galeton, is asking the court to suppress incriminating statements, physical evidence, prison calls, and video and photos. Rymsza claims that police continued to interrogate Moore after being told that he wanted an attorney present, and phone calls between Moore and his attorney were recorded and handed over to prosecutors.
Moore is one of three people facing the death penalty for allegedly torturing and murdering Joshua Ramos in 2020.
