An Olean man faces charges for allegedly smashing the tip jar at Tim Horton’s on North Union Street Friday.
Olean Police report that 34-year-old Dustin R. Quick was charged with petit larceny and criminal mischief, both of which are misdemeanors. Quick was arrested and released with an appearance ticket.
