Parole has been denied for a Marshburg man convicted of vehicular homicide for the June 2015 hit-and-run death of Dakota Heinaman in Cyclone.
48-year-old Paul Morrisroe was sentenced to up to 15 years of incarceration for charges including homicide by vehicle while Driving Under the Influence.
Morrisroe had petitioned for parole earlier this year, but was denied.
The minimum date for his sentence was July 25 of this year, while the maximum date would be Jan. 25, 2032.
