An Olean man was arrested and turned over to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
According to Olean Police, 52-year-old Carlos J Corbin was arrested on a bench warrant late Monday evening. He was additionally charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
Corbin’s further status has not been reported.
