A Bradford man waived a hearing Thursday on arson charges after he allegedly burned down a vacant house with a flare gun while under the influence of methamphetamine.
Bradford Township Police charged 26-year-old Thomas “TJ” Saltsman with felony arson for risk of death or injury, felony arson with intent to destroy an unoccupied building, felony reckless burning, felony criminal mischief, felony trespass and recklessly endangering another person.
The charges stem from a reported house fire at 163 W. Corydon St. on Oct. 14.
Saltsman was remanded to McKean County Jail in lieu of $150,000 bail.
