An Allegany man was charged early Sunday morning with a felony.
Olean Police charged 41-year-old Phil E. Voorhees Jr. with felony criminal mischief, reckless endangerment and harassment.
The charges stem from an incident reported Oct. 21 at the St. Stephens Club.
Voorhees was held pending arraignment.
