Continuation Due to COVID for Smethport Man Charged with Over 800 Child Porn Counts

Another continuation was issued for the case of a Smethport man facing over 880 charges of Child Pornography Thursday.

64-year-old Daniel Walter Merrick was unable to attend court due to contracting COVID.

Merrick’s last date of plea has been extended to Thursday, Jan 9.
