A Great Valley man and a Cattaraugus woman were arrested after allegedly stealing a car Sunday in Olean.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 40-year-old Douglas I. Reed and 34-year-old Bethany A. Phinney with unauthorized use of a vehicle and Conspiracy.
The charges stem from a car reported stolen from Cold Spring.
Reed and Phinney were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
