A Hinsdale man was arrested on an outstanding warrant late Wednesday night.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 58-year-old Daniel S. Ackerman with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration after a traffic stop on Route 16.
Ackerman was found to have an active extradition warrant out of the US Marshals Service for Dangerous Drugs.
Ackerman was transported to the Town of Ellicottville Court and arraigned due to his Fugitive from Justice Status.
Ackerman was then transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail where he was held with no bail pending extradition by the US Marshals Service.
