A Port Allegany man was jailed without bail Monday for the homicide of a Port Allegany woman.
27-year-old Brian Kuchinka is charged with homicide, three counts of felony aggravated assault, and three counts of recklessly endangering another person. The charges stem from the alleged shooting death of K-Leigh Hill-Nelson at the Midtown Motel in Port Allegany on Sunday after she had previously been reported missing.
A preliminary hearing has tentatively been scheduled for March 10.
Lock him up and throw away the key!
This man took a mother away from her children on different levels. Her mother lost a child and her children lost their mother. Why didn’t the police shoot him dead? If the life that was lost your daughters, wouldn’t you do it? I know I would. If anyone ever hurts my child or my grandchildren they will pay and I do not care. I will risk my freedom for my children and my grandchildren no matter what. I say that this guy gets into prison for the rest of his life hoping, and I hope he doesn’t make it 6 months. I hope the inmates rape him and beat him. Then kill him like he killed K-Leigh! This makes me sick!!!
