A Port Allegany man facing murder charges had a preliminary hearing Monday, bounding all charges to court.
A witness testified that 27-year-old Brian Austin Kuchinka messaged them on SnapChat saying he “did something stupid” and would be “going to jail for life” prior to his arrest for allegedly murdering 28-year-old K-Leigh Hill-Nelson in late February.
Kuchinka is charged with homicide; three counts of felony aggravated assault, three counts of recklessly endangering another person and newly added charges of prohibited possession of a firearm and abuse of a corpse.
