Allegany Man Charged with Felony After Domestic Incident

An Allegany man was charged with a felony after a domestic incident reported on Sunday morning.

New York State Police charged 35-year-old Jeremy M. Foster with a felony aggravated family offense with multiple offenses in 5 years, assault, obstruction of breathing and unlawful imprisonment.

Foster was held without bail.
