A Friendship man was arrested after a series of bizarre incidents in Bradford on Tuesday morning.
City of Bradford Police charged 47-year-old Brian M. Hill with felony burglary, theft and disorderly conduct.
The charges stem from reports of a man using drumsticks to drum on various vehicles on the intersection of East Corydon and Chestnut Streets.
Officers determined that Hill had also entered St. Bernard’s Church through a separate rear entrance not open to the public and stole clothing.
Officers took Hill into custody and found him to be in possession of Controlled Substances.
Hill was remanded to McKean County Jail in lieu of $50,000.
