Nine people were arrested this morning on drug charges after the Olean Police executed a search warrant at 119 N. Clinton St.
The owner, 27-year-old Dysean Peterson, was charged with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance and was also arrested on an outstanding indictment warrant for previous sales of Fentanyl in Olean.
47-year-old Tobias Price of Olean was also arrested on an outstanding indictment warrant for felony possession of a controlled substance and felony sale of a controlled substance.
While in police custody, Price allegedly tried to flush Cocaine down the toilet during booking and was charged with another count of felony possession of a controlled substance and felony evidence tampering.
29-year-old Logan Shearer of Olean and 28-year-old Dillon Lichy of Salamanca were arrested on an indictment warrant for two counts of felony sale of a controlled substance and two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance for selling Fentanyl in Olean.
47-year-old Rebecca Rivera of Olean and 54-year-old David Brooks of Olean were arrested on an Indictment warrant for felony possession of a controlled substance and felony Sale of a controlled substance for selling prescription pills in Olean.
39-year-old Thomas Cashmore of Olean, 46-year-old Jesse Connor of Olean and homeless 22-year-old Tia Barber were arrested on an indictment warrant for two counts each of felony sale of a controlled substance and felony possession of a controlled substance for selling Crack Cocaine in Olean.
These indictments are a result an investigation by the Olean Street Crimes Unit and assisted by the Southern tier drug task force.
