A Bradford man was arrested for allegedly selling meth to a confidential informant of the county’s drug task force.
49-year-old Guy Simmons Jr. was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, felony conspiracy to deliver meth and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and of paraphernalia.
The charges stem from an incident in the parking lot of the Bradford Dunkin’ Donuts, where Simmons allegedly delivered 3.5 grams of meth to a woman in exchange for money.
When Simmons was arrested, he was allegedly in possession of a glass pipe used to smoke or inhale controlled substances.
He was remanded to the McKean County Jail Thursday in lieu of $150,000 bail.
