An Olean man and woman and a homeless man and woman were all charged after a trespassing incident Tuesday morning.
New York State Police charged 47-year-old Jessica A. Fye of Olean, 34-year-old Matthew J. Carey of Olean, 28-year-old Hannah Zias & 52-year-old Richard C. Russel with criminal trespass for allegedly remaining unlawfully in a dwelling.
Zias was additionally charged with criminal impersonation and 4 separate counts of possession of a controlled substance.
All four were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
