The Port Allegany man charged with the death of a Port Allegany woman in February pled guilty to causing her death in a pre-trial conference on Tuesday.
27-year-old Brian Austin Kuchinka pled guilty to Criminal Homicide and Abuse of a Corpse.
Kuchinka was charged in February after the family of K-Leigh Hill-Nelson reported her missing. Her body was found under a bed in a motel room where Kuchinka was known to stay.
The case was originally listed for a jury trial in October, however with the guilty plea a McKean County Judge will determine the degree of homicide at a bench trial scheduled to begin Monday, Oct 13.
