Just before 4 a.m. on Sunday morning, the Kane Fire Department was dispatched for a structure fire on North Fraley Street where a car had entered the structure.
There was also heavy smoke and a huge fire causing a second alarm had to be immediately called.
Chief 5 arrived and called for a third alarm due to multiple victims needing rescuing as well as the size of the building.
Three victims were rescued from the building but unfortunately, the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident is currently under investigation by Pennsylvania State Police.
