An Allegany resident was charged with a felony after a domestic incident on Tuesday evening in Olean.
New York State Police charged 25-year-old Merriam I. Haq with felony criminal contempt for a physical violation of an order of protection and criminal mischief for the prevention of a 9-1-1 call.
Haq was released on their own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
