A Bradford man was arrested last week after allegedly threatening someone with a handgun back in September.
City of Bradford Police charged 38-year-old Micheal Destin-Jay Rose-Unger with terroristic threats, simple assault through physical menace & disorderly conduct.
The charge stems from an incident late on the night of Sept 16 where Rose-Unger allegedly had an altercation involving a baseball bat and then a handgun at 29 Leland Avenue.
Witnesses reported that Rose-Unger fled the area on a bicycle prior to police arrival.
Last Tuesday, Rose-Unger had returned to the property and allegedly attempted to exit an upstairs window onto the roof and was arrested on the outstanding arrest warrant.
During this arrest, a Bradford woman was found at the property who also had an outstanding warrant.
30-year-old Stephanie Kay O’Hara on a bench warrant issued by McKean County Adult Probation for Absconding.
Rose-Unger was remanded to McKean County Jail on $75,000 bail and preliminary hearings are scheduled for these serious charges.
O’Hara was also transported to McKean County Jail to face the outstanding violations.
