A Kane man was arrested after an alleged domestic dispute and illegal hunting after an incident reported on the afternoon of Sept 15.
Pennsylvania State Police charged 38-year-old Jared Smith with terroristic threats, possession of an illegal firearm, simple assault, harassment, unlawful taking of big game, possession of marijuana and various hunting violations.
The charges stem from a dispute that got physical, where the woman attempted to leave in a vehicle allegedly striking Smith.
Smith was held pending arraignment as he recovered in UPMC Kane
