A Northeast, Pennsylvania man was arrested Tuesday morning in Belmont for his alleged connection with three separate burglaries reported in various cities in Western New York from last October, including Olean.
New York State Police charged 39-year-old Ben Alton McCormack with three separate counts each of felony burglary, felony criminal mischief and felony grand larceny.
The charges stem from three different robberies; One reported on Oct 3 of last year in Olean, One reported on Oct 19 of last year in Andover and one reported on Oct 28 of last year in Friendship.
McCormack was held pending central arraignment.
