North East, PA Man Turns Himself In in Allegany for Several Burglaries

A North East, Pa. Man turned himself in on several burglary warrants in Allegany.

Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40-year-old Ben A. McCormack on 2 warrants out of Cold Spring and one out of Carrollton each for felony Burglary, felony Grand Larceny and two felony counts of Criminal Mischief.

McCormack was released on his own recognizance and is due back at the Town of Cold Spring and Carrollton Courts at a later date.
