An Olean man was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender after a bicycle stop on West State Street early Saturday morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38-year-old Victor V. Smith on an active bench warrant out of the City of Olean Police Department for failure to register as a sex offender.
Smith was turned over to the City of Olean Police Department on their warrant.
