A Bradford man was arrested on multiple felonies after an incident reported at Bradford Regional Medical Center this morning.
City of Bradford Police charged 50-year-old Jeffery S. Stack with two felony counts aggravated assault of a law enforcement, two counts of resisting arrest, terroristic threats, vandalism, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
The charges stem from Stack allegedly resisting officers’ attempts to take him into custody from the hospital.
During transport and while in custody, Stack caused damage to a patrol vehicle and continued to act aggressively toward officers, making verbal threats of harm if he was released.
Stack allegedly also assaulted two officers during the course of this incident.
Stack was remanded to the Mckean County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bail.
