A Bradford man pled guilty in McKean County Court Thursday to selling crack to a confidential informant back in July.
54-year-old Brian Fitzpatrick pleaded guilty as part of a plea agreement to delivering .7 grams of cocaine to an informant of the mckean County drug task force for 100 dollars.
Sentencing is set for Jan 15.
