A Salamanca woman was arrested after a theft in Allegany Thursday evening.
New York State Police charged 38-year-old Samantha J. Miller with petit larceny and three different counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Miller was issued with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
