An Olean man was arrested on drug and fraud charges after a traffic stop on Delaware Ave late Saturday night.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 26-year-old Layton T. Walker with felony possession of narcotics with intent to sell, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, felony impersonation and traffic infractions.
During the traffic stop Walker allegedly lied and said his name was “Isaiah D. Parnell.”
Deputies found his mugshot, confirming his identity, while also discovering he had two active felony bench warrants issued out of the Cattaraugus County Court and a felony arrest warrant issued out of the New York State Police.
During his arrest, he was allegedly found in possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine, a Suboxone strip, packaging material, scales and various paraphernalia.
Walker was held in Cattaraugus County Jail on the multiple warrants.
