A not guilty plea was logged for the arraignment of two different cases against a Bradford man in McKean County Court Friday morning.
55-year-old Angelo Mininni is charged with spitting at state police while being transported to BRMC after a DUI traffic stop in July and with simple assault in a different case.
His plea day on both cases was continued.
