A man’s motion to change his attorney was accepted in McKean County Court Friday.
Kyle Richard South is charged with felony fleeing officers, felony possession of narcotics with intent to deliver, evading arrest on foot, reckless endangerment and DUI following a high-speed pursuit and chase in January.
South is still remanded to McKean County Jail on $70,000 bail.
