The former Bradford Area School District bus driver charged with taking photos and videos of female students on his bus waived 560 criminal counts to McKean County Court Friday.
31-year-old Sean Williams is charged with 259 counts each of endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors, 20 counts of child pornography, 11 counts of criminal use of a communications facility, 7 counts of contact with a minor regarding sexual abuse, and invasion of privacy.
District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer will be seeking a sentencing enhancement on the charges relating to the sexual abuse since the victims are minors.
Williams remains incarcerated on $500,000 bail and the case is awaiting a pre-trial conference.
