A Kill Buck man was arrested on a felony charge after a domestic incident on Saturday morning.
Salamanca Police charged 24-year-old Noah J. LeBlanc with a felony aggravated family offense, assault and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
LeBlanc was held pending arraignment.
