An Olean woman was arrested as a fugitive walking along First Ave early Sunday morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Tiffany L. Tarr on an active extraditable warrant out of McKean County in Pennsylvania for a Probation Violation.
Tarr was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail awaiting extradition.
