The attorney representing the Bradford man accused of raping and killing his 2-year-old son officially withdrew from the case Wednesday.
A hearing was held before President Judge John Pavlock on attorney Chris Pentz’s motion to withdraw from 33-year-old Tyler Prescott’s murder trial.
Pentz stated the reason for his withdrawal was Prescott’s complaints about his representation, claiming Prescott believes he conspired with the prosecution against him.
Pavlock allowed Pentz to withdraw, and postponed Prescott’s formal arraignment until another attorney could be appointed.
Prescott was originally scheduled to have a hearing on Jan. 16, but that has now been continued to an unknown date.
