District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reports that charges have been filed against a teenager relating to the death a Bradford teen, killed when the ATV on which he was a passenger entered the roadway and crashed into a passing vehicle.
Charges include Homicide by Vehicle, Involuntary Manslaughter, Failing to Yield.
