A Bradford man was arrested during a drug bust after a traffic stop on West Washington Street in Bradford.
City of Bradford Police charged 22-year-old Lex Michael Gourley with felony possession of narcotics with intent to deliver, possession of controlled substances, possession of paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license due to DUI.
Gourley had allegedly provided false identification however police discovered he had an active arrest warrant out of McKean County as well as a large amount of cash and fentanyl on his person.
Searching the vehicle allegedly resulted in the seizure of a large quantity of illegal drugs, including methamphetamine, fentanyl, oxycodone, marijuana along with weighing scales.
Gourley was initially taken into custody on the county bench warrant on October 28 and on December 3 police filed charges related to the traffic stop and drug seizure.
Gourley was remanded to the McKean County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. Preliminary hearings are scheduled in the matter.
