A Bradford man charged with felony animal cruelty after the death of a dog last week had his charges waived after a preliminary hearing on Thursday.
57-year-old George K. Jones was charged with three counts of cruelty to animals, three counts of neglect of animals and one count of disorderly conduct with a later felony charge of aggravated animal cruelty after one of the three dogs under his care died.
