A Wellsville man was arrested for allegedly firing a weapon in Scio yesterday.
According to New York State Police, 78-year-old David Allan Dean was charged with two felony counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, as well as a charge of possession of a loaded weapon after an incident reported late Tuesday afternoon.
Dean was taken to Central Arraignment. His further status has not been reported.
