The Lewis Run man charged with over 450 felonies relating to rape, child pornography and stalking has petitioned McKean County Court for a bail reduction.
48-year-old Ray Edward Coast is accused of taking in a teenage, homeless boy and raping him multiple times and then stalking, harassing and threatening him afterwards.
Coast has a hearing scheduled for 10 a.m. Jan. 30 on the rape case, with a second case for the stalking and harassing scheduled for a later date.
The petition has been acknowledged by the court, but no judgment has been made.
